Based on tax lot ownership, the <br />remaining tax lots form fifty-three (53) sites, none of which are of sufficient size, either <br />independently or in association with a school facility, for a community park. Because these small <br />sites of second priority land could be combined with lower priority land that has yet to be <br />evaluated, sites that meet the remaining other site characteristics will be reconsidered as part of <br />the parks expansion with fourth priority land.
