Other second <br />priority areas are designated <br />Rural Residential (Metro <br />Plan), and Rural Commercial <br />(Metro Plan). <br />The determination of the <br />City's need for an additional <br />community park site to serve <br />the Bethel/Danebo park <br />planning sub-area is <br />discussed above under <br />Section I, while Section II <br />addresses the characteristics <br />required to make a site <br />suitable for a park expansion. <br />These site characteristics fall <br />into two categories: location- <br />based and other site <br />characteristics.
