Take no action at this time. <br />CITY MANAGER'S RECOMMENDATION <br />The City Manager recommends approval of proposed motion. <br />SUGGESTED MOTION <br />Move to direct the City Manager to develop a proposed ordinance and schedule a public hearing <br />on an ordinance to enable someone who owns property within the Industrial Corridor Community <br />Organization boundary and outside the City limits but inside the UGB, to obtain necessary permits <br />and services by either (a) annexing to the City if legally able to do so, or (b) signing an irrevocable <br />consent to annex authorizing the City to annex the property whenever the annexation is <br />authorized by state law. The draft ordinance shall provide that the consent to annex shall allow <br />the property to be subject to whatever conditions and standards exist at the time that the property <br />is annexed. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />A.
