Based on these findings, the City has determined that none of the land in <br />Subarea P2.12 is suitable for industrial expansion. <br />(13) Second Priority Land Conclusion <br />Based on these findings, the City has determined that the study area has no second priority land suitable <br />for industrial expansion as independent sites.
