Eugene Ordinance Exhibit E <br />[Lane County Ordinance Exhibit F-3] <br />mailed to the person requesting initiation of the amendment and, if the request is for <br />a refinement plan amendment, the neighborhood group that includes the area of the <br />refinement plan, at the same time that it is provided to the planning commission. <br />• Section 9.7800 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is amended to provide as <br />follows: <br />9.7800 Annexation - Purpose.
