Now this system is a guide and not set in stone. As you can see from the yellow I <br />have placed, the white car is parked in the ROW. This car can remain parked in the ROW for up to 72 hours and then it must be moved per city code. If can simply drive <br />around the block and come back but it must leave the block every 72 hours. One other issue is that the car is parked against the flow of traffic. This is a dead-end road but <br />a car must still park with the flow or how the traffic would travel on the road. <br />As for the property lines, looking at the overall line to the north and comparing it to the rest of the street and other lines in the city I believe the north line to be very <br />accurate.
