Notice that Marion and Oakleigh are offset - a reality that adds to the difficulty of <br />assessing and merging with River Road. <br />• Adding 47 cars to Oakleigh Lane will have a very real impact with a linear projection we will <br />have 6-8 cars backed up instead of 3-4... <br />
