Rain Gardens and Vegetated Swales for stormwater destinations, and the City of Eugene <br />has verified that the proposed facility meets requirements of no facility flooding and the <br />maximum of 18 hour drawdown times. Furthermore; our proposed facility meets the <br />flow control standards requiring that the post development offsite flow be less or equal to <br />pre-development flow.
