Subsequent <br />amendments to Exhibit A may be made as authorized in Section 7.085 of the Eugene Code, 1971, <br />following the rule making procedures of Section 2.019 of the Eugene Code, 1971, with notification <br />to the City Council at the same time that public notice is given. <br />Section 3. This Resolution, and the Design Standards and Guidelines adopted herein shall <br />become effective upon the effective date of Ordinance No. 20181. <br />Section 4.
