Testimony from: <br />/612/13© <br />;Eileen Adee <br />131 McClure Lane <br />Eugene, OR 97404. <br />Hello, My name is Eileen Adee. I live at 131 McClure Lane, adjacent <br />to Oakleigh Meadow. After 25 years on the Bear Creek Greenway <br />Foundation Board in Jackson County I moved here to live on the <br />Eugene Greenway. As a delegate to the National Park Law <br />Enforcement Conference, I found that park rangers all over the U.S. <br />agree that the greatest deterrent to vandalism and crime is to have <br />lots of law-abiding citizens using the parks and trails. <br />1-have met all of the Oakleigh Meadow Cohousing families. They <br />are walkers, cyclists, and supporters of parks and greenways. Also <br />in my.years in the Rogue Valley I served on the Medford <br />Transportation & Land Use Commission. We worked to promote <br />infill and to avoid widening urban growth boundaries. This <br />cohousing project does this.
