Based on these findings, the proposed development complies with this standard. EC.9.6840 Reserve Strips Since access beyond the end of the existing terminus of Oakleigh Lane is not currently controlled by a reserve strip, a reserve strip placed along the margin of the required dedication would not serve to prevent access to adjacent properties; therefore there is no requirement for a reserve strip. EC 9.6845 Special Safety Requirements. There are no special safety requirements necessary to discourage use of the streets by non- local motor vehicle traffic. EC 9.6850 Street Classification Map • The proposal complies with this standard as discussed in EC9:6870 Street Width, which is incorporated herein by reference. EC 9.6855 Street Names This standard does not apply as there are no new streets. EC 9.6860 Street Right-of-Way Map The proposal does not amend the right-of-way map. This criterion is not applicable.
