The general points of opposition are directly tied to the density and size. If the size of <br />the proposed development were reduced, many of the concerns from the neighborhood would be partially <br />alleviated. Depending on the amount of reduction, neighbors could potentially once again begin to <br />support the project. Figure 1 presents the location of the site.
