There are several aspects of the applications that do not meet
Eugene City code or the Metro Plan Policies as presented in this report. Also, the applicant has not
provided enough evidence to show how this proposal meets Eugene City Code or the Metro Plan Policies.
The neighborhood recommends denial of the applications based on the information provided in this report
as well as the information provided in the numerous letters of opposition.
Attachments
Figure 1 - Site Location
Figure 2 - Site Map and Surrounding Neighborhood 11
Figure 3 - Oakleigh Area Residential Lots
Table 1 - Neighborhood Character - Existing Building and Lot Information
Table 2 - Net Density Summary
Appendix A - Letter Regarding Land Use
Appendix B -
Arterial and Collector Street Plan and Adopted Ordnance
Appendix C -
Photos of Oakleigh and McClure and Nearby Low Volume Roads
Appendix D -
Net Density Calculations
Appendix E -
Outreach Summary and Initial Public Meeting Notice
Appendix F -
City Staff Report with PDF(Adobe) notes of opposition
Appendix G
- Presentation of Opposition for Hearing
