PUBLIC HEARING: <br />OAKLEIGH CO-HOUSING (City File No. PDT 13-1) <br />The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on a tentative planned unit development <br />application which was previously approved by the Planning Commission and subsequently <br />remanded by the Land Use Board of Appeals. <br />Lead City Staff: Gabe Flock, 541-682-5697 <br />gabriel.flockC@ci.eugene.or.us <br />Public Hearing Format: <br />The Planning Commission will receive a brief (City staff report followed by an opportunity for public <br />comment. Time limits on testimony may be imposed. The Planning Commission may seek a response <br />to testimony from. City staff.
