The Operations & <br />Maintenance Plan may be modified under written consent of new owners with written approval by and <br />re-filing with the City. The Operations & Maintenance Plan for facilities constructed pursuant to this <br />notice are available at the Eugene Public Works Department, located at 1820 Roosevelt, Eugene, <br />Oregon, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
