City <br />of Eugene regulations requires a stormwater management system operations and maintenance plan for the <br />facilities on the private lots. <br />The stormwater management system on the private improvements includes a conveyance system consisting of <br />cleanouts and pipes and catch basins, as well as the use of various underground detention tanks, mechanical <br />treatment structures, and level spreaders.
