Exhibit A <br />INVITATION <br />to <br />NEIGHBORHOOD-APPLICANT MEETING <br />Dear Neighbor: <br />You are cordially invited to attend a meeting to discuss a proposed residential Planned Unit Development (PUD) on <br />property in the Laurel Hill Valley and Fairmount neighborhood of Eugene. The property is comprised of 5 different tax <br />lots. The map and tax lot numbers are as follows: <br />18 03 04 31 100 Contains a shed and barn associated with house on lot 300 <br />18 03 04 31 200 Contains an existing single family house and existing apartments <br />18 03 04 31 201 Vacant <br />18 03 04 31 300 Contains an existing single family house <br />18 03 04 31 400 Contains an existing single family house <br />The property is located on the western most edge of the Laurel Hill Plan just south of Hendricks Park and bordered by <br />the Ribbon trail on the east. All of the property is inside the Urban Growth Boundary (UGB) and portions of the <br />property are annexed. <br />As the applicant's representative preparing this proposal, we invite you to attend a meeting with us and other <br />neighbors to review our plans and share information regarding the proposal. <br />WHAT: Neighborhood-Applicant Meeting to review a preliminary proposal for a Residential PUD. <br />WHO: Tom and Cynthia Dreyer (clients), Schirmer Satre Group (Applicant's Representative), <br />property owners and residents in the surrounding area. <br />WHEN: Wednesday, November 9, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. <br />WHERE: Ford Alumni Center, 1720 E 13th Avenue, Room 202, Eugene OR 97403 <br />(Please see map on following page for parking and directions) <br />The application has not been submitted to the City yet.
