The higher quality single family <br />neighborhoods typically have larger, higher quality homes on them and are situated on less than <br />traditional lots (i. e. larger than 4500 to 6000 so. Many neighborhoods developed through traditional lot- <br />by-lot development have substandard homes that are located only 10 feet from each other, with <br />traditional 10 - 20' front yards.
