These developers need to dramatically reconsider the height of the building project and take the <br />neighbors concerns into consideration. Additionally, the building must have proper sound <br />insulation between the units and be held to a higher standard and use proper building materials <br />that will be able to withstand the coming earthquake for the safety of the tenants and the <br />neighboring residents and for a building with height. <br />There is a need for affordably priced housing units and low income housing, not high end <br />apartments. What is promised as low income housing now is not likely to stay that way once the <br />building is completed because of the cost to build them, the developers need to be held to their <br />word. Additionally, I would hope that the architects of these buildings would put more effort into <br />their overall appearance, because thus far they have been more ugly than inspired.
