You apologized and said the Hearing's Official <br />had plenty of time to review it. Our fax record verified 15 copies <br />went through okay and were received at your fax number, along with the <br />emails you and Gabe had both sent verifying you had received the <br />letter and the attachments. When we inquired again about the record <br />seeming short you explained it would be added at the end. <br />While the letter of September 9th was written in haste and should have <br />been edited, it states the points related to POS and the Zone Change <br />in the first paragraph. It is in the best interest of the Public, and <br />it was meaningless without the backup of the city and county documents <br />attached. I apologize for the inconvenience that being last minute at <br />a busy time creates. I can't give an oral argument due to a pretty <br />severe daily migraine problem and Bill is still recovering from major <br />surgery so we didn't do a great job, but the process is near <br />impossible for citizens to participate in.
