Rest Haven site. <br />This proposal to build 172 units of affordable housing is consistent with our community value of compact urban <br />development and addresses the environmental and equity concerns of building new affordable housing far away from <br />Eugene's urban core. By providing affordable housing in the high-income neighborhoods of South Eugene, this project <br />will create pathways to prosperity for working families that are able to obtain housing in this new mixed-income <br />neighborhood. <br />Thank you for considering my feedback.
