FLOCK Gabriel
From: dick ingram <idesign@peak.org>
Seat: Tuesday, August 23, 2016 1:41 PM
To: FLOCK Gabriel
Subject: Testimony Cathedral Park
Gabe,
As I may not be able to make it to the Planning Commission Hearing tonight, I ask that you submit the
following written testimony.
I stand with Marilyn Cohen and her fellow appellants in asking the City of Eugene Planning
Commission to recognize the errors in the July 31, 2016, Hearing Officials's decision regarding
Cathedral Park (CU 02-4). Conditional use permit application to construct 172 units of controlled income and
rent housing. Charles Wiper, property owner/applicant.
And ask that the Planning Commission carefully read and fully consider the appeal made by Ms
Cohen, brilliant in its thorough discussion of the issues.
Living at 4370 Willamette Street, we are impacted by these decisions due to extensive storm water
run off on the East and Southeast portion of the 15+ acres in question, and due to our position on
Willamette Street, a two lane street, whose traffic load and congestion level will be significantly
increased were this project to come to fruition.
Thank you,
Robyn Ingram
4370 Willamette Street
Eugene, Oregon 97405
541-345-4764
