Supplemental materials were submitted on <br />April 4, 2016. The application was deemed complete on April 18, 2016. A public hearing was held <br />on June 8, 2016. The record was left open for one week for the submission of new evidence, one <br />additional week for responses to the new evidence, and one additional week for the applicant's <br />final legal argument.
