I would <br />consider it sort of a freeway of alternative modes. We would recommend the applicant <br />implement signage for users of these paths to alert them to the nature of the bike path and <br />to watch for bikes. <br />• We have experienced a lot of homeless camping in this area and the impacts to the <br />proposed landscape could be significant without some kind of security or safety measures. <br />Are there any proposed protection measures to preserve the landscaped WR-setback area? <br />NOTE: It is possible that the completeness review items may be addressed through a supplementary <br />memo and plan revisions.
