ORDINANCE NO. 20558 <br />AN ORDINANCE TO REDESIGNATE AND REZONE "THE REST-HAVEN <br />MEMORIAL PARK SITE" BY AMENDING THE EUGENE-SPRINGFIELD <br />METROPOLITAN AREA GENERAL PLAN DIAGRAM; AND AMENDING <br />THE EUGENE ZONING MAP. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Metro Plan Diagram is amended to change the land use <br />designation from Parks & Open Space to Low Density Residential Zone, for the properties <br />identified as Assessor's Map 18-03-18-00, Tax Lot 00300 and Assessor's Map 18-03-07- <br />43, Tax Lot 02100, as depicted on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br />this reference. <br />Section 2. The Eugene Zoning Map is amended to change the zone from R-1 <br />Low Density Residential Zone and PL Public Land to R-1 Low Density Residential Zone, <br />for the property identified as Assessor's Map 18-03-18-00, Tax Lot 00300. The Eugene <br />Zoning Map is also amended to change the zone from PL Public Land Zone to R-1 Low <br />Density Residential Zone, for the property identified as Assessor's Map 18-03-07-43, Tax <br />Lot 02100, as depicted on Exhibit B attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br />reference. <br />Section 3.
