Supplemental PUD and <br />SDR materials/copies submitted on March 10 and 13, 2008; 10-day extension for the statutory <br />120-day decision timeline for the PDT and SDR submitted on March 17, 2008; revised site <br />plans (Sheets S-1 and S-2) submitted March 26, 2008; reduced site plans submitted April 14, <br />2008; public hearing opened on May 14, 2008 and continued at the applicant's request to July <br />23, 2008. This decision is issued on September 10, 2008, consistent with an agreement by the <br />applicant to extend the decision deadline. <br />Application Referrals and Public Hearing Notice <br />The Eugene Planning Division provided information concerning this tentative PUD application to <br />other appropriate city departments, public agencies, service providers, and the affected neighborhood <br />group, the Cal Young Neighborhood Association. Relevant referral comments received from other <br />city departments and affected public agencies are incorporated into the following findings and <br />recommendations. No comments were received from the affected neighborhood group. <br />On April 14, 2008 the Eugene Planning Division mailed notice and posted written notice of the public <br />hearing in accordance with the applicable code requirements at EC 9.7315. Staff received testimony <br />from Win Liepe, who resides at 3836 Mirror Pond Way, Eugene OR 97408, in response to the public <br />notice.
