May 15, 2015 <br />LAURELRIDGE <br />Zane Change Application <br />Map 18-03-10-00, Lots 701 and 703 <br />WRITTEN STATEMENT <br />In accordance with City of Eugene Zone Change Application submittal requirements, this written <br />statement describes the proposed change in zoning and demonstrates that the proposal complies with <br />the criteria contained in EC 9.8850-9.8865. <br />1. LAND USE REQUEST <br />A.
