However, LUBA was not as specific as it could have been; they did not <br />prohibit the use of additional physical referents that could be used to more precisely locate the <br />line between LDR and POS designations. Additional physical referents could have been used by <br />the applicant to more accurately align the subject tax lots with the Metro Plan diagram.
