This will <br />involve extraterritorial extension which will be supported by Lane County before the <br />Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission and all other applicable bodies. <br />3. Annexation of the River Road and Santa Clara areas will occur only through strict <br />application of state laws and local policies (e,g., ability to extend key urban facilities and <br />services in a timely manner).
