The major <br />components of this policy document are: the written text, which includes goals, findings, and <br />policies; the Metro Plan Diagram.; and other supporting materials. (a) the broad allocation of <br />projected land use.needs in the metropolitan area; and (b) goals, objectives, and <br />policies embodied in the text of the Metro Plan.
