Section 3. The Metro Plan Diagram is removed, superseded and replaced by the Metro <br />Plan Diagram, as amended and set forth in Exhibit C attached and incorporated herein, which is <br />hereby adopted as an amendment to the Metro Plan. <br />Section 4. Although not a part of this Ordinance, the City Council adopts the Legislative <br />Findings set forth in the attached Exhibit D. <br />Section 5. The prior designations repealed by this Ordinance shall remain in full force <br />and effect to authorize prosecution of persons in violation thereof prior to the effective date of <br />this Ordinance, - <br />Section G. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or portion of this <br />Ordinance is for any reason held invalid or unconstitutional by a court of competent jurisdiction, <br />such portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent provision and such holding <br />shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions hereof. <br />Section 7.
