A mechanism used in incentive-bascd zoning that allows a developer to <br />build at higher densities in return for providing more open space, building affordable <br />housing, or some other public amenity. <br />109. Density (Foss): The number of dwelling units per each acre of land, including areas <br />devoted to dedicated streets, neighborhood parks, sidewalks, and other public facilities. <br />110.
