Eugene, Springfield, and Lane County development code <br />regulations implement Goal 7 and are consistent with Goal 7. The amendments to Chapter <br />III-C do not affect the development codes. The Metro Plan Chapter III-C makes no changes to policies or findings <br />in the Metro Plan affecting recreational needs and facilities. Therefore, the Metro Plan <br />Housekeeping Revisions and Metro Plan Chapter III-C do not affect Metro Plan consistency <br />with Statewide Planning Goal 8. <br />The following findings of consistency with Goal 8 pertain to the Metro Plan Diagram <br />Amendments. <br />The Metro Plan Diagram updates in the Eugene UGB better reflect adopted refinement plans, <br />zoning actions,, and development approvals, which have already been through a goal analysis <br />and acknowledged by DLCD.
