A forthcoming TPR analysis <br />concurrent with the traffic analysis scoping items provided to the applicant during completeness <br />review will address potential traffic impacts resulting from the approval of City Land Use <br />Applications MA 15-1 and Z 15-1for impacts to the existing and/or planned transportation system <br />during the PM peak hour at identified study area intersections during the current year (2015) and the <br />planning horizon year identified in the current transportation system plan (2027). The identified <br />study area intersections include: <br />® Willamette Street at Donald/32n1 Street; <br />® Willamette Street at Crest Drive; <br />® Willamette Street at 33rd Avenue; <br />® Willamette Street at 3911, Avenue; <br />Willamette Street at 4011 Avenue, and; <br />® Donald Street at 401h Avenue. <br />We look forward to providing a defensible transportation planning rule analysis that complies with <br />the applicable OARs and City of Eugene Development Code and concurs with criteria outlined in the <br />scoping letter issued during the completeness review process provided to the applicant for land use <br />applications MA 15-1 and Z 15-1.
