.seen the plans and we believe that <br />this new development complex will <br />create several detrimental problems. <br />Primarily, the construction- process <br />will destroy the meadow, and <br />encroach into the sensitive riparian <br />area of the river (home to osprey, <br />eagles;. beavers, and river otters). <br />With it comes trucks and noise, as <br />well as issues involving water, sewage, <br />and-electrical. Also, please consider <br />the impact caused by both pedestrian <br />and vehicle traffic. Meanwhile, our <br />entire neighborhood. environment <br />suffers. <br />Last night our neighbors on both <br />sides of the street and many others <br />from McClure and Oakleigh Lanes <br />met at the River Rd. annex to express <br />our opposition to this planned <br />development. Whereupon we were <br />informed that only one voice in favor <br />and one voice against would be given <br />two minutes to speak. We all felt <br />railroaded ! <br />This has been a covert assault. The <br />? 1285 <br />
