The scope is significantly larger than what was originally presented to the neighborhood, <br />which at the time indicated support for the project. The plan was to develop a small cohousing project <br />to prevent a developer from buyingthe land and putting in a large-scale condo development. It appears <br />the,project was misrepresented to the neighborhood from the beginning, leading to compliance and lack <br />of involvement by the neighborhood. <br />strongly encourage the denial of the applicants request based on the size of the development creates <br />numerous issues ranging from safety to environmental.
