As I research this project I see that it is <br />complicated. <br />I am opposed to this project in its current size. The number of units proposed (28) is too many for this <br />small, dead-end street neighborhood. Adding 47 more cars to this street is too much in terms of traffic <br />j mpact; it more than doubles the current number. The current size is also too big for this environment. If <br />there were less units, they would not need to push so far doi n toward the river. <br />I am also concerned about the environmental impact this can have. I see well intentions but I strongly <br />believe the cost is too high in so many ways.
