CO <br />Willamette Greenway <br />• Natural - Beyond river bank stewardship and a decent <br />stormwater treatment system, the applicant has not shown any <br />significant means of conserving or protecting the Greenway <br />• Scenic - A condominium complex in the Greenway is certainly <br />not scenic, no screening toward the eastern property <br />• Historical - There is nothing in the application regarding <br />conserving history at the site <br />• Agricultural - This is in Eugene City Code, so presumably this <br />applies within the UGB, nothing in application is related to this <br />• Economic - The Greenway is a well-known attraction used by <br />many people for recreation, commuting, and lots of civic events. <br />Continued development in the Greenway will only reduce <br />economic development potential <br />• Recreational - OMC will benefit greatly from this, but what <br />about the public that uses the public meadow to the east of the <br />site.
