Discourage multiple driveways on to River Road. <br />Central Commercial Area <br />The development goal for the Central Commercial Area on the east side of River Road is to <br />concentrate commercial and mixed use developments along River Road, and encourage lower <br />density residential uses and dedicated open spaces on portions of the sites adjacent to the <br />Willamette Greenway and Rasor Park. Higher building heights and densities may be permitted <br />along River Road as long as public amenities are provided by the developer. Amenities could <br />include mixed use buildings, desirable uses such as a grocery or farmer's market, providing a <br />plaza or meeting space, or creating open space areas. <br />
