property adjacent to the Greenway Park and establishes that the current PUD is directly contradictory to <br />this Plan and thus must be denied. <br />Conclusion <br />For all of the reasons set forth above, incorporated by ref erence (including the written testimony of Bryn <br />Thoms and other neighbors opposed to the PUD), and provided during the public hearing, Oakleigh <br />Meadow Cohousing Planned Unit Development (PDT 13-001), and Willamette Greenway Permit (WG 13- <br />001) must be denied.
