OMC is proposing Filtration Rain Gardens and Vegetated Swales for stoimwater <br />f <br />destinations, and the City of Eugene has verified that the proposed facility meets <br />requirements of no facility flooding and the maximum of 18 hour drawdown times. <br />Furthermore, our proposed facility meets the flow control standards-requiring that the <br />post development offsite flow be less or equal.t.o pre-development flow.
