A 2.7 acre parcel with 7 <br />condominium/townhouses, a large common house, a <br />47 car parking garage and a 300 foot concrete wall. <br />Complete with a garden and a large meadow (which <br />is part of the greenway along the bike path) A wood <br />shop is planned for later. <br />Habitat. Presently the meadow is home to several <br />species of plants and animals. The construction <br />process will destroy the land and encroach into the <br />sensitive riparian area along the river. <br />Construction. According to EWEB "there are no <br />electric facilities adjacent to this proposed <br />development.
