Here are a few reasons why I oppose this development. <br />The street is too narrow for all the planed traffic. . <br />Project way too large and tall for the neighborhood. <br />Project is building on a flood zone with plans to bring in tons of fill dirt. <br />No guarantee that it will remain co-housing and not some day be changed to <br />something less desirable. <br />Property is now a beautiful meadow and it would be turned into high <br />density housing and parking lots.
