And there <br />is a reason that there are land use laws to protect compatibility. <br />We all know and expect that the parcel will be developed. And, I am not opposed to co-housing. In fact, 1 like <br />to think we have developed our own coincidental co-housing neighborhood over the years. When we first <br />heard about the possibility of a 10-12 unit intentional community, it seemed it could be a formal extension of <br />the existing community. <br />1213 <br />
