OMC is proposing Filtration Rain Gardens and Vegetated Swales for stormwater
destinations, and the City of Eugene has verified that the proposed facility meets
requirements of no facility flooding and the maximum of 18 hour drawdown times.
Furthermore, our proposed facility meets the flow control standards requiring that the
post development offsite flow be less or equal to pre-development flow. This has also
been addressed by Neil Bjorklund, the Parks and Open Space Planning Manager, in his
letter on record addressed July 11 tb, 2013.
Sincerely,
Willard C. Dixon, AIA
OMC Project Manager
Principal, Willard C. Dixon Architect, LLC
2013 AJA-Southwestem Oregon President
613
