The car garage, drive strip, and Common House buildings will be treated by the vegetated swale. <br />A berm at the end of the swale will act as a weir to reduce flows to predevelopment rates. The <br />swale was sized using the presumptive method. <br />The site is not located in the headwaters area and is therefore exempt. However, to protect the <br />adjacent property, flows were reduced to predevelopment rates as stated above. <br />Calculations supporting the above are enclosed.
