PUBLIC COMMENT: <br />None. <br />It. APPEAL OF HEARINGS OFFICIAL DECISION FOR OAKLEIGH MEADOWS <br />COHOUSING (PDT 13-1) - DELIBERATIONS & ACTION <br />Jon Belcher did not participate as he recused himself from deliberations. <br />Gabe Flock gave a quick overview of materials provided to Planning Commission. <br />Discussion followed. <br />Motion: <br />Commissioner Barofsky moved to accept the final order and conclusions of the Oakleigh <br />Meadows Cohousing PUD (PDT 13-1) with the added conditions discussed today. <br />Commissioner Duncan seconded the motion. Motion approved 3:2 with Commissioners <br />Jaworski and Mills voting opposed. <br />Staff will make required edits to the final order and bring back for commissioner <br />signatures at end of meeting today. <br />III.
