Like the Laurel Ridge case, the <br />time available for Planning Commission's appeal hearing and a final local decision on appeal is limited under the statutory <br />120-day rule. As such, no staff report will be provided in advance of the appeal hearing, which is set for Thursday, <br />December 5th at 6:00 p.m. in Harris Hall. Deliberations and final action are scheduled for Monday December 9th and 16th. <br />In an effort to get as much information to you as possible, as quickly as possible, I am attaching the appeal statement and <br />the Hearings Official's decision. I will get the entire record to you by Wednesday. <br />We received 6 confirmations for these dates (Commissioner Baker will be absent), but it's likely Commissioner Belcher will <br />be recusing himself from these proceedings as well.
