Accordingly; the City is not providing. any' documents in response to your request fo~• <br />documents. that "su~port~ orjustify" the'' City's decision.' That said, in an effort tv provade~you <br />with documents rebated to the City's appeal fee being set at SQ°~~ of the application fee, the City <br />lool~ed for any report, study, worl~sheet or similar recazd compiled in I999 when .the City first <br />established the appeal fee at .SO°~a of the application fee.
