It would really help to get input, before you issue your recommendation, as to <br />whether the city is requesting any new additional information, per the consultant's response late last week. The <br />copyrighted form he referenced on the bottom of page 2 has not been provided to us. <br />I also supplied the revised landscaping plan in response to your request to provide something for you to comment <br />on regarding the additional screening discussed in your April 3, 2015 letter. <br />Please let me know if you or one of your colleagues will agree to a short call before issuing the staff report. <br />I would also appreciate it if you would share your recommendation on this application with me before publishing <br />it online.
